"I hear you have a problem, I hear you tried to solve it on the sly, clandestine brethern sneaking about and setting their quiet against the coming storm. I heard they failed, rather miserably. Well, your excellancy, I am afraid the time for silence is over. Now it is time to light the fuse, take several steps back and await the inevitable Ooh and Aah. We'll solve your problem, in a spectacularly deafening dazzle... the way every problem should be solved."
Christopher Crackle, he of the unseen wings, the sizzle that never fizzles; my new spellscale character for a friends D&D game. What can I say, normally I play the dwarf or the half orc, something big and lumpy with muscles to match. But having come across the spellscale species in the Races of Dragon book, I honestly couldn't resist. Who can say no to a species that is more or less the Glam rocker of the fantasy realm? Every Hoggle has, at one time or another, dreamed of being a Jared.
"If you can't be amazing, be loud. And if at all possible, be amazingly loud!"
