Yes, you saw this sketch correctly. Lago Thrix has no nose to speak of. He's a "guest-appearance" character from a show I used to watch/used to be on tv called "Captian Simian and the Space Monkeys" Lago is a space pirate and sort of a doppelganger (shapeshifter). When he touches another, he absorbs a part of them. It's never said how he turns back into his normal self after he absorbs another's power though.
This picture is part of a larger one that I'm working on, but I've lost the other half of it, so I'm posting this half with a little makeshift background. He's supposed to be looking out a window. Not bad for experimenting with one of my photography programs!
