What the paper in the windshield says:
The body, fenders and running boards were originally custom fit to a 1912 National Indy 500 racing chassis that was not used during the 1912 Indy 500 race.
The factory used miscellaneous parts from 1912 and 1913 to fit the body to the chassis. It was originally a right hand drive with shifter and brake also to the right of the driver.
In 1996 the car was shipped to New Zealand from Canada and back for a 50th anniversary classic show. Shortly after that it was parted out because replacement tires were no longer beind made sad but true.
The body, fenders, top and windshield were sold at auction in Pennsylvania in early 2000. It made its way back to my (the owners) garage in 2011 and now here it is in all it's former glory.
Total number made 1.
Taken at the 2013 World of wheels in Kansas City.
