Well this was something done by MistressVixen a while ago. The picture got my attention and I thought, maybe one day I could colour it or something. Blah, I knew I wouldn't, I'm rubish. Seen my DMG on Deviant? Yeah, I'm rubish.
But recently I've been wanting to get better. So here we go.
Now the problem is, what do I do for colours? Well obviously the original artist had some ideas for it... right? Well I tried to think about it. Couldn't think of anything so I used her colours for her avatar instead. I hope you don't mind ^_^'
But yeah, hope it looks good.
This is the 4th picture of someone elses I've tried colouring. I'm waiting for permission from the 2nd of the 3 artists to upload the other two.

Yeah, I was quite conflicted with that. At first I was thinking a darker shade of purple. But for some reason I thought about matching the hair colour. No idea why though. But I used the burn tool a lot more on the hair than I did on the muzzle.
Thinking I should learn to shade using the selection tools and filling with a colour rather than the burn tool. Well thats my next thing to try.
Anyway, thank you for letting me upload this. I try to follow the wishs of the original artist more than anything else.
