Backstory: Venom is the team leader of the group and He’s the older brother of Ivy. Now Venom is one of the toughest guys in the PCA of Kanto, and he’s proved it by fighting many matches and holds the third highest record of wins in the Kanto academy. He’s often in the shadows of team Outlaw’s leader Caster and team Absinth’s leader Goken and it really pisses him off to a point where he’ll just start a fight over the smallest issues. To make matters worse since Hound started to attend, Hound has knocked Venom to the fourth spot on the list and kind of has it out for him on account Hound has Venom’s sister’s praise, even though Venom did turn down Ivy for joining his team. During the end of the year tournament Venom got his chance at fighting Hound and figured he’d put him in his place, Unfortunately it was easier said then done, in the end Hound ended up winning the match with a combined Ember/Pay Back attack. Having lost to Hound enraged him, but it had subsided having witnessed Hound’s fight with Caster, the leader of team Outlaw, having seen the two of them fight and both be knocked out at the end of the match, he realized that he fought out of rage and that he needed to have a clear mind when it came to fighting. So once his sophomore year ended he trained with his SmashWorks team and he hopes to be able to prove himself this year.

Backstory: Out of all of the members of team SmashWorks, Grimlock isn’t the brightest bunch of the group, he’s kind of obsessed with how he looks and what’s best for him. He also likes to check out female mon of any type or form plus trying to get laid, think of him as the Michael Kelso of PCA. However he does take fighting seriously, but his teammates just hope he isn’t paired up against a girl. Now GrimLock and Venom grew up together as friends and when it came to forming the team, Venom asked him to join and GrimLock eagerly accepted. The only talent he’s got going for him other than fighting is playing the drums.

BlackOut Lumine:

Appearance: He’s tall about the same height as Venom, but slouches so you can’t really tell, he has a slim athletic build, and has dark circles under his eyes. Casual wear: He wears a white long sleeved shirt and blue jeans, his appearance looks like L from Death Note. Fighting wear: Wear a black long sleeved shirt with a bluish grey martial arts outfit, like goten’s from DBZ.

Backstory: BlackOut is the tactician of the group, at first when he started attending the PCA he was sort of a bookworm and very weak and he wanted to change that. He tried to join some of the toughest teams of the academy, but they all turned him down for the obvious reasons like “You’re a dork”, “You’re a nerd”, and “You’re too weak” the classics. So during lunch a machamp jock started to make fun of BlackOut, but it ended as soon as BlackOut used an Iron Tail attack on him. When that happened Venom & GrimLock had noticed and decided to approach BlackOut and to make a long story short they talked and both Venom & GrimLock agreed to let BlackOut join the team and help him get into better shape. With some time and proper training BlackOut became a very strong fighter and showed everyone that had called him weak in the battle arena. Now even the tough guys that had turned him down to join their teams pleaded with him to quit his current team and join theirs, his response was giving them the bird. Now that he’s a well built fighter doesn’t mean his studies are going to start to go down the drain, he makes sure he takes the time to properly train his body and mind and helps his teammates with their studies as well.

Backstory: While growing up Phin was a natural wild boy and practical joker. While going to school he’d often get into trouble and gave a lot of grief to his parents, and it continued on to his teens during his attendance at the PCA. One day Phin had played a practical joke on one of the teams attending and they began chasing him, but because of him being a natural wild boy and practical joker, it made him unpredictable and nearly impossible to catch, unfortunately they caught him and were about to beat the living daylights out of him, but Venom, GrimLock, and Blackout had stepped in and helped out Phin. Once they’ve sent the other team running Venom offered him to join up with his team, Phin was a bit hesitant at first, but with the way he is it’d be a good thing to have friends to help back you up in a jam. So he joined up with team SmashWorks and actually became good friends with GrimLock and they often played jokes on other students especially their teammates Venom, Blackout, and Razorback.

Backstory: While growing up on a farm in the country side, Razorback and his older brother Thorin worked with their parents to run the farm, they’re very hard working and never slack off. As they grew up Razorback’s brother began attending the PCA while he was one year away from being able to attend, once he was old enough he evolved into his final form like his brother and was able to attend the PCA. He stood out most of the time with his country accent and his diligence, but he was able to hold his own in a battle. He thought it would be best to join a separate team from his brother and found out that Team Smashworks needed an alternate fighter, so he asked to join, but Venom was a little skeptical about it. But Venom soon changed his mind after he fought and lost to Razorback. Because of the way Razorback was raised he often gets on the other’s cases and tries to get them to do something then just loaf around.

Appearance: He’s a little shorter then both Blackout and Venom, but only by a couple of inches, he has a strong build, and has multiple tattoos. Casual wear: White shirt with dark blue jeans, and a black jacket. Fighting wear: White sleeveless shirt and black gym pants.

Backstory: Helios was born and raised in a hot rodder/greaser type family, both his parents are really nice and decent mon, but they both like the hot rod and greaser style. As Helios grew the more he became a lot like his parents especially his dad, they did everything together from working on old hot rods and rat rods and eventually working on tattoos when he got into his teens. Matter of fact for his 14th birthday his dad though it was high time to give him his first tattoo, and since then he wanted to be inked up and covered, so when he has the chance he spends his time looking through tattoo magazines figuring out what he wants inked, for the most part he spends a lot of his time drawing and designing both tat’s and hot rods, and hopes to open up a combination of hot rod shop and tattoo parlor. From all the tat work he’s gotten a lot of mon around him get a sense of danger, but he’s really a cool and level headed mon, due to his amount of effort in his artwork, he needed to take part in teambattles, having heard that SmashWorks needing a sixth member, he made it a high priority to join up, luckily he was able to join on account no one else wanted to join them. He gets along with everyone, however Grimlock tends to get on his nerves sometimes and tends to show it by punching him in the face.
