A drawing I did of Duncan and his boyfriend and co-worker Harm, who is  denofnight's Siberian husky character.

Duncan and Harm have been friends since high school, they fought bullies and defended other students outside of school, they spent a great deal of their time with each other, and there are no secrets kept between the two. Harm works with Duncan and his father in their town's auto repair shop.

Their relationship was more of a fling in the beginning, a secret affair kept from their families. It was more or less for the need to relieve stress, Duncan has a terrible relationship with his mother and Harm is responsible for taking care of his own mother. They were not open lovers in public, though Duncan would let Harm stay the night at his apartment. The two fell in love overtime, until they were eventually caught and they had to confess to their families. It was a big strain on their friendship, though they worked past it and eventually went out as an official couple.

Duncan has changed since the relationship, he has become more confident and more sociable! I've drawn some sketches of them on Tumblr here
