Long overdue, this one.
jessycelly is an awesome person, sketching several pics for me just cos. It was about time I did something for her, darn it.
And here's the result!
Major thanks to
purity for sketching it for me.
Out of everything here, her eyes came out beautifully, I think.
The background didn't *quite* come out how I'd hoped, since drawing a setting sun proved too difficult (it looked like a giant orange blob =S ) so I settled for sun rays.
Definitely one of my better coloured pics, I think. The shading came out really well.
Anyway, hope you guys like this as much as she did.
And if you're not already watching her, then go watch her, dammit!

Bex did a great job with the sketch and poses, and you did a fab job with the colouring, really love the bloom lighting effects on it, it stands out so much its really awesome. And yes a setting sun can be hard to do sometimes, and sunrays normally turn out best XD!

yes it is v.v and im sorry, please trust me on that i didnt mean it, i dont know why i typed that cause it isnt what i meant to say. i meant to say better not worse. He is good at colouring and makes them better with his colouring skills.

Very fond of this one, I think you get pretty attracted by the fact there is a red and blue hedgehog in the picture, which -is- pretty uncommon colors considered how many sonic fan characters there exist. Like wise the clothing is well colored, I just wish you would put more into the highlights with the folds in the clothing, it would also have an effect with the combination of the light source. The eyes is the usual purfectness ^^
The only thing that I would scold you about is that glowing yellow/orange light in the front, first of all because it looks incorrect and it doesn't fit in with the fact you made shadows go the same direction as the light source o.o

*~whistles~* Now that's tight! Heh! Gotta love the poses that Purity chose for Nexus and Celeste! Kind of like an ending pose in the classic Sonic games after beating a zone. Ya know what I'm talking about. :3 Anyhow...I like the poses. Makes them look really cool.
The coloring is awesome! I really love the use of sunlight rays over them. It gives the whole picture a warm glow and if the rays of light are focusing on them...(Well...duh. They are. XD) I like the colors of her eyes and the blue tips on her hair and quills. Nexus looks pretty cool too. Ya gotta love the classic black trenchcoat. :3
