please don't be a troll, if you don't like it, you can say so, but be polite about it. besides, pork tenderloin has about as much fat content as CHICKEN BREASTS it's actually extremely lean healthy meat. wrapping it in bacon, means a serving of the meat, allows you about 3 rashers worth, which, when cooked, renders out at least as much fat from it as frying, all told, not that much fat.

I cook with lean meats, veggies, and wholesome starches more than most everyone I know. i NEVER eat fast food, I NEVER cook boxed meals. I despise processed "quick foods, and most frozen foods. so the one time I eat bacon wrapped pork tenderloin, which, is a good way to help prevent the pork from drying out BECAUSE of it's low fat content. is suddenly the worst thing ever? no. not even close.
