omgnom! friend of the family gave us a chachki thingy, one of those easy tortilla bowl baker thingers, really just a fluted bowl made out of a thin layer of nonslip metal sheeting, but hey, those suckers work! I was SHOCKED at how good plain toasted tortilla tastes! but it's definitely better filled with the works, mine has rice atta bottom, then taco meat, then shredded lettuce, a good shmear of guacamole [skip the store bought stuff, just dump avocado flesh, into a bowl, with garlic powder, salt, and salsa, mush together till it's just slightly lumpy, and you're golden, some prefer sour cream instead of salsa, but not me.] after the guac goes chees, and salsa, and sour cream. good to the last crumb, and I could barely finish my second bowl, but omg wanted moaaaaar! cause they were.....

pretty simple, the meat, is ground beef, browned with sauteed minced onion, seasoned with garlic powder, black and red pepper, cumin, salt, and thickened with a bit of corn starch and water, till its saucy, then you bake burrito shells, in nonstick salad flute pans, you ight be able to cobbles something together, but we were gifted a set of em. make a pot of white or brown rice, and the fixins i like to have available are sliced black olives, shaved lettuce, minced tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, cheese and salsa. layer it as you want, and eat how you want. by hand, by fork, a combination of the two...it's all good!
