YES. I know it's rather simple and silly. But as I was doing this on a blank. I figured, hey, I will take pictures and share this. SPECIALLY with those that have and will get any of my blanks, heck even in finished masks! angling and pressure on plastic hinges tend to make them squeak. perhaps not all the time. but it's rather annoying!
Here's something simple you can do to fix it! :)
Another thing. You can see felt on the inside of the hinge set as well in these photos. If you're wondering, that is there covering the bolt on the inside. I do this because my hair tends to sometimes get caught in the bolt itself, creating.... ...... very painful taking off of the mask lollll -_-

any oils from a spay can might damage the plastics. I wouldn't recommend using it on anything plastic without knowing how the plastic reacts.
but you can apply graphite like from a soft pencil. tzake the hinge apart and "write" over the area where plastic scrapes over plastic.
