When the G-52s first met the D-19, it was entirely by accident, as seen here when Super Slash witnessed an agent doing his duty, but took the wrong impression. Later, when all was forgiven, whole new worlds prepared to open up, and the life of the G-52s has never been the same.

The D-19 assigns six agents, one of each category (fire, water, earth, wind, darkness, light), as a minimum, to specific places around various worlds, and in the case of Wildcat City, each district has an agent of each category at least. Psychon is Battlefield Range's fire agent.
