Now I -was- gonna say this doesn't look like it was drawn at all in OC -BUT- looking closer at that frame, I can atleast say it looks like it could have been line tooled and then blurred on the inside edge. Though the background itself is what looks the least like OC and more like Photoshop also done as it's own layer. Perhaps could have been done with a higher resolution and then shrunken.
The main part of the image, however, does look much moreso like OC but there's something about how some of the smaller details were done that leaves me at a loss, such as the markings on her arm, as well as the white on his arm. Was this OCed at a fairly larger resolution? Or how was it you were able to mix it like that? I always encounter this problem when drawing Krystal. I can never get the colors to mix that well in OC, crisply but with high variance (not just a straight line) :|
Well done picture. I've always enjoyed how things done in OC1.1 end up looking. It brings in its own defined color style from how it handles mixing of colors, and the fact that just about everything has to be done manually. Shows more skill, in the end.
