Well, not really a Jackal

Jackie is my Basenji/ Miniature Pincher mix dog that I adopted back in October of 2012. I have had her for over five months now and it feels like she has been a member of the family for much longer. She is 17 months old.

She is:
- Very active, affectionate, alert

She loves:
- Chasing after tennis balls and anything else that bounces
- Playing in water and getting baths
- Going to the park/ beach
- Chew toys
- Anything she can chew on
- Chewing on leashes
- Treats

She hates:
- Lawnmowers and weed whackers. She will attempt to bite at either one.
- Birds stealing her food.
- Shots
- Cats
- Being left alone

* It was really bizarre discovering that she loved water. She will even attempt to play with her drinking water <O.o> . I also have to watch out for her when I have the bon fire on in the back...she likes to bite at the burning ash that rises up from the flame <.< .

PS- I named her Jackie because she reminds me of a Egyptian Jackal.
