Ehh..Trying something different, so fucked around and did this.

The face looks good, more disney-esque than western but not as under-defined as anime with the line-art being very clean. His right shoulder (Our left) however is far too small for someone in their late teens/early adult.
I suggest playing around with this style more, it looks promising.
