Finally done n.n I've been working on this all throughout the say, trying to get those colors to blend and match the design I had in mind.
Ras the Vaporeon (Pronounced after her namesake; a Wrasse)
Is based off of my favorite fish; the Clown Fairy Wrasse. Wrasses are not only some of the most pretty fish in the ocean, but are also in the aquarium trade. I was lucky enough to come across one a few months ago; and he is now the king of my tank:

The cool thing about wrasses is that they are all normally female, until one makes the transformation to male. This male in turn keeps the harem of females staying as females through dominance. If that male is removed, the next dominant female will become male.
