I started on this before leaving for FWA, but I screwed up in a big way, and ran out of time. That and seeing all the wonderful art work by all my skilled peers shook my confidence artisiticly. Its always hard getting my confidence back after a Con, but this one seemed more so. I was going to put this aside for later, but instead I started from scratch and used it to get my mo-jo back. The RL version looks a lot better, but this scan doesn't look to bad.

That feeling gets me everyday from seeing the beautiful pieces that are displayed, such as this one (along with all your other pencil/charcoal works so far). As an artist that loves working with pencils myself, seeing something like this just makes me wish I could be at that level.
Looking good, fantastic job once more!
