A reference sheet of my fursona!
I never told this before but David is a bull that went through a hard life before becoming the person he is now.
David grow up without a father and was raised by his mother and a close friend of hers, Robert MacGarry, the lion that would also become David’s teacher of magic and the closest figure to a father to him.
In the beginning David was told that his father died during an experiment ; what he didn’t know was that the experiment his father attempted was centred about the merging of his son with the essence of a powerful demon. David’s father carried the experiment in secret not telling anyone including his own wife; it is unknown what was the real goal of his act but whatever it was it cost him his life.
Thanks to the presence of the demon in his body David was able to develop a high control over magic from a very young age but this came to a cost: the demon was ready to do anything for freeing itself , even to destroy David’s mind and soul if necessary.
As a child, thanks to the natural innocence that children posses David was protected by the demon’s influence and he had quite a happy childhood (although a bit lonely since his powers were already growing and the other children were a little scared of his strength) but once he reached adolescence the demon was able to start to haunt his mind, creating horrible nightmares and trying to nurture David’s dark side by bolstering his dark emotions like anger and fear. The whole situation become even worst when David discovered the truth; he was devastated from the discovery and in that moment of weakness the demon was able to gain complete control over his host.
However Robert, having studied David’s father notes and diaries, was able to help David to regain control and after some time he was even able to remove the evil spirit form David’s body, banishing it to his original realm.
Free from the influence of the demon David was able to slowly rebuild his life and how he look up at the future with a sense of hope and happiness.

I think that many of you may believe that David can be classified as a half demon but he actually isn't: It is more correct to say that he simply gained some demon powers but he is not a half demon.
