This was during during the sketchwork for the City At War pictures, depecting the current (but now out of date) design of Korevo; as I keep mentioning, he's gone through a logn and extensive design process since his conception. Here Lapres has drawn him conjuring up a mini version of his true, monster, self with water magic.
