One of my bigger controversial stories showing nationalist propaganda (without me knowing about it until later on). When Super Slash defeats Louis the Merciless (the bully trying to kill Cripto) after Louis steals Bendraqi's technology and changes the colors of the US flag from red, white, and blue to purple, orange, and cyan, Super Slash demonizes him and says he's under arrest for hatred of the flag and military. That was not only un-patriotic of him to do, but flat out stupid. Bendraqi later takes advantage of this by getting hypnosis involved, and Super Slash flees the planet.
