I'm so happy that I was able to finish this picture today!! I really didn't think I was going to be able to finish it in one day. Yet, FIVE hours later, here it is :D I've been dying to draw another picture of Stokie for a while now, and this one came out better than I ever could've hoped. The funny thing is, normally my sketches are inspired by songs, or names of songs, but this one is different. This picture is the only one that's ever inspired music.
Let me explain. You see, I wanted a song to go along with this picture, but I couldn't find one that fit. This picture is my take on a scene from the BMFM episode, "Once Upon a Time on Mars." The Biker Mice, Stoker, and Mace are sitting around a table drinking, and (if I remember correctly) Stokie slams his fist down on the table, and the Biker Mice are like, "Dude, calm down."
Stokie's pissed, he's muttering, "What's the point of fighting this war? Our government sold us out. The army's off fighting where there's nothing left to fight for. What's the point?"
Mace chimes in, "Maybe there isn't one."
So, this picture is about Stokie being by himself, reflecting on what the war is about and if there's any point if fighting. He leans forward against a wall, his head resting on his wrist, and he sighs. Wordlessly, he stands upright, rejoins his bros on the front lines, and continues the struggle for freedom.
While I was drawing this picture, I was listening to some random songs in my music folder, and a remix of Rush's "Tom Sawyer" popped in. I love Rush, and I love this song. I was listening to it(at the verses listed above), and I was nodding, thinking, "Yep, that sounds like Stoke. Yep it does."

Stoker's my favorite of any Biker Mice character, so I feel his pain. But there is a point to this fight, because Stoker has responsibilites as the founding father of the freedom fighter movement on Mars, and I know he will never give up the fight no matter what the cause. He's a fighter! He also invented the Regenerator, and absolutely no way does he ever deverse to turn into that rat creature he sometimes turns into!
Stoker, I salute you! *salutes* You're the greatest! You're number one!
