Well, now she'd done it. Lori'd found out the hard way that just because she'd made it to Hollywood didn't mean she'd be a star. Rather than having her talents recognized, she'd ended up barely being able to get a job as a stunt double for a zebra. She'd only gotten that job because she had been born with stripes. Of course, it wasn't a bad job. It was a paw in the door, and the actors and crew were friendly. Plus it was a steady paycheck, so she could go to auditions whenever she wasn't dodging rocks or otherwise making her zebra boss look good.
Lori had wandered to a garage sale where she had found a bracelet with a simple design. It's only markings were a symbol on the outside and an inscription on the inside. She bought it for $5, evidently there were a few of them wandering around, or so the seller had mentioned.
She took it back to the set and put it in her locker, doing a hard day's work for a stunt tigress. Finally, she set out to collect her personal belongings and head home. She stopped at the stable, where a Clydesdale stallion caught her notice.
He whinnied towards her, and said "Hey, there."
Lori looked in both directions, wondering if she was imagining things, and then came closer. "Oh, you can talk?"
"I'm sentient, just like you, I'm just not an anthro. Though do you know how hard it is for a four hoofer like me to get a job in this town?" Red complained. "They won't hire you unless you have 'fingers'. Like, that's discrimination or something. Plus they say that unless I'm wearing a bridle and tack, that it's indecent exposure. I tried to get a job in film, but the first producer I talked to was some sleazy porno film director. I said, 'no way am I whipping it out for just anyone.'" Red snorted and scraped a hoof on the ground.
"Oh, I have an idea. I was lucky to get hired as a stunt girl. Do they let you leave here?" She indicated his stall."
Red nodded. "I'm not a slave, this is my house. I rent it so I can be close to the studio for those girl and her pony films. They're filming another one in studio 9." He looked down at her feet. "Nice hooves. I'm a hoof stallion, you know."
Lori blushed. "These are fakes." She slipped a hoof boot off to show him. "See? Paws. I double for a zebra, so I gotta wear these."
Lori shrugged and petted him on the nose. "Well, I guess I should be going now."
"What's that you've got in your hand?" Red asked.
Lori forgot she had been holding it. "This? I don't know. I picked it up at a yard sale. It's got some funny writing on the inside." She held it up so he could read it, and then slipped it on her wrist.
Red said the words to himself, and the next thing Lori knew, her vision blurred and her body warmed like when she was in a hot shower. A moment later, she shook her head as her vision returned, and she did a double take. Lori attempted to gasp, but a whinny escaped her muzzle instead.
"What happened?" Lori's body said.
"I don't know, I feel strange," she said, in a much deeper and masculine voice. She lifted a forehoof and... Forehoof? Lori looked down at her body in realization. She and Red had traded forms!
Lori took a few test steps. The iron shoes were heavy, and his hooves were thick. He flicked his tail, and it was only a moment later she realized he was naked. "Um, what's between my legs?"
"What do you think? I'm a stallion, not a ken doll." Red protested. "What do we do?"
"I don't know, how do we fix this?" Lori blushed. "I feel so weird. I've never been a horse, or a guy before."
Red cupped her breasts. "I've never been a lady cat!"
"Well, we need to keep up appearances until we figure out how to get back to our own bodies. Do you think you can walk to my house?" Lori watched her body take a few awkward steps. "Let's practice for a bit." The stallion proceeded to tell 'herself' how to be her, at least until tomorrow...

Oh my bad Lauren >.< ! I'm sure that this is a nicely drawn piece of art. They swapped minds i guess, so that makes more sense xP! I just like the concept for these sort of pics. They seem very fun to work with or see for people. Well id say its cool to use the fact that both Lauren and Taldes have stripes, etc. Dem zebras ( though taldes is a deer/zebra) ;)
