Rusty was born on the planet Gaia Desarti in the Leo system. A small runt, and often picked upon, he found himself ambushed by raider while wandering alone in the desert near his village. Nearly killed, the Grand Summon Leo came to the rescue of the boy, saving his life. Summoners being all too rare, Clan Leo sought Rusty out and brought him to Gaia Furnes for training.
