One of my chars. from the game Champions Online that I made recently. Hes a gryphon who wields radiation blasts as weapons. Backstory is a human who was training his pet hawk while out on safari. He was attacked by a lion that had been irradiated by a terrorist organization and was injured pretty badly. The hawk attempted to protect his master by going for the lions eyes and then...Boom. The lion actually exploded in a nuclear inferno.

When Gamma woke up he was no longer human and fused with hawk and lion DNA to become the humanoid gryphon he is today. He's come to terms with his transformation however and found out he can fire out radiation blasts along with an extraordinary healing factor. He can now control the radiation so hes safe to be around. His armor used to help him in controlling the output and focusing the blasts but he does not need it anymore. Now its mostly for looks and a bit of protection.

His tail and hair are normally black but he died it cause he thought it looked pretty cool. :)
