I went shopping today and saw this exact same picture on a pair of pants.

At Kohls, they were teenage girl sweat pants, they were brown and said "Tiger plumbing" under your picture.

You should really sue them, you could make quite the fortune, it is your art and that is just ridicules, when I saw the pants on the rack I had to take a double look and then I told my mom about that image and she was convinced it was just a similar picture....I showed her yours when I got home and she agreed one the fact that you should sue.

A lot of Kohls apparel comes from a certain country with 5 letters recently in the news about counterfeit items and dangerous toys...to them, it's business as usual. How much you wanna bet Kohls will disallow any knowledge?

Might I suggest you also contact a media outlet, like a television station that has a consumer advocate. You want this as public as possible, to prevent "Corporate America" from sweeping it under the rug.
