Well, since the tennis ball caused the transformation, lets keep that idea consistent. I'd say have a second character in your next TF sequence, and have the tennis ball used as a gag ball, therefore starting a transformation on that character as well. In the meantime, you'd have intercourse with that character (classic doggie style) as the second character is having the transformation. Also the transformation the second character is another GSD, but of a different style and pattern.
While I dislike the concept of them being on anthros; maybe have him naked, showing his penis become a dog sheath.
Though, that is more Mature than Adult. An Adult part would show him pawing off (and yes, you can paw while you are standing. Its not much different than doing it in bed, except the position ).
