Admittedly, Captain Janeway is slightly harder to recognize without her Power Bun, but not by TOO much.

She only had that for like, one season! Most of the time her hair was down.

Honestly, I don't know why she's on this image (WARNING! Fanboy mode), as she's only been involved in a few time travel incidents as of the end of Voyager. Sure, the one officer from the future said she shows up on their scopes more often than she should, but is that really saying she's in the same league of time travel as the Doctor or say, Mr. Martin McFly of Hill Valley circa 1985?
