google searches with "Midori shibari" - Midori is kind of a practical kink expert on many things.
and search "Two Knotty Boys" - folks who upload really useful How-To videos on basic kink knotwork to youtube and on their own site

agreed. Roller derby is awesome. I almost joined my university's team... then the realization hit me that 1) I'm 5'2'', about 100 lbs and I would get completely destroyed and then 2) I don't have health insurance, so getting completely destroyed would probably hurt my wallet more than myself!
Sigh! If I had insurance I would join a team, I love to skate! America sucks.
