It is a comfortable fit on me and my head is around 23.5".
As the keywords indicate, it was in fact part of a guin costume, I have the other pieces of his basic "barbarian" outfit. They're unlikely to fit perfectly on anyone but me, but I'd be happy to include them with the head if someone wanted to have a go at adjusting them.

The wrist guards are just slip on and are pretty tight over my hands (girls hands but on the large side), and the leg armour is just held up by friction on my calves, there's a velcro fastening for the bottom half so I can slip my feet in. The belt also just goes over my head, and the blue loincloth is integrated and sewn to the inside of the belt.
http://i.imgur.com/ez926FS.jpg this is the head being worn on a 5'11" model, I don't think it's overly huge, and of course with actual clothing or a full suit it would look even smaller.

This would be ideal with a body from http://www.flexdesigncostumes.com. I think it would be a total hit.
