Maybe it's me, but I feel like there should be a tear in the corner of her right eye, either just starting out or rolling down her cheek. The picture has a sad vibe to it, for me, but maybe that wasn't the commissioners intent when she commissioned you, it could just be my interpretation. Either way, fantastic job as always. I'm really loving the focus on the heart; by having it glow like this (it may have been in her notes to have it that way, but you really bring it to life) your eyes are drawn to it like a magnet, and that makes it the centerpiece of the image.
