Just a quick little warm-up speedpaint of one of my guinea pigs, Tobe, I'll scrap this later. Yes, he's quite "special"

That's how mine was! She was the crotchety ol' bag that wouldn't get along with the others, but she was the sweetest one to hold, and from as far as we could tell, loved to watch television, and was by far the best behaved....well, outside of the pen that is. We'd let her run around on the floor all the time. She always announced her travels with that constant squeaking whenever she walked. It was the cutest. XD
Hehe, our little grump was a grump all the time, I got quite a few snaps from her and a few scars xD. She'd run away and hide and you'd have to try and lure her out with stuff cause if you tried to use your hand you were liable to be chomped, and she intended to draw blood (as was the same if she could get in range of another pig). I was holding her once when our dog apparently got too close for her liking and she jumped off my lap, charged the dog, and latched onto his nose >_<. I loved her all the same, you just had to be on your toes with her.
Glad yours was more of a people pig xD The piggy murmurs when they walk are indeed very cute <3

All of the ones we had for pigs were typically rather nice, we held them all the time as much as we could so they were very accustomed to being held and toted around and such, but it was still funny because they normally didn't -want- to come out. You'd try to grab them and they'd run away all the time. But once you had hold of them and were holding them, they seemed to enjoy it regardless. Typically, all of our pigs tried to nibble on your fingers a bit first, like...softening them up, and then it would be a licking storm afterwards to clean all the salt off of your fingertips, it was rather cute hehe. We had one that always enjoyed shifting around on your body to get comfortable. They'd spin several times around, lay there for a few seconds, and then move again, shifting all the time, it was funny. XD
Yea, I've had 7 over the years, it was just the first one I had that was miss "I want to kill you." We didn't get her from a good place though which I'm sure had an effect on why she was super aggressive and territorial. She just never really tamed.
The other 6 were all nice though, Logan was a bit wild and fearful at first but he's pretty good now, he and Tobe still run away when you try to first take them out of the cage but they both enjoy being out and being held once you get them. You actually have to hold Tobe on a blanket/towel because he sometimes enjoys lap time so much that he doesn't want to go back at all and can get a bit grumpy if you try to pick him up to put him back. In his "simpleness" his first response to things bothering him can be to chomp it a bit. Its pretty funny when he like popcorns and bumps his head on the roof of his house and then he bites it cause he's mad at it. Or he turns around and bumps into something so he gives it a little chomp cause it got in his way.
Tracy and Chester were/are very people pigs, tracy would jump into your arms from the cage and Chester is very...needy. He'll sit and chew/shake/pull on the bars of his cage to make as much noise as possible to get your attention. Whenever I'm in there he's constantly doing that if I'm not touching him. If i'm holding him he HAS to be up on my chest lol. He's such a boy. He'll bite and yank on my shirt and try to climb up my chest parot style or just jump at my chest and try to get up on top of them. You'll have him on the floor and next thing you know guinea pig doing a flying leap at your chest o_o;

Sorry about the delay on this one, had to finish up online classes, but done with them, yay!
Oh goodness, I forgot about the popcorn business. XD They were so hilarious watching them do that, we all had a blast just watching them pop around and act all goofy like that. :3 Sounds like you've had some wild personalities with your pigs, and I can definitely relate to the ripping at the bars wanting to get out. XD Most of ours, we had to have them separated otherwise they would fight with one another and beat the tar out of one another. We did adopt a few pigs that came from rougher homes, and they were harder to get to settle down, but they were all the sweeter for it at the end. I kinda wish we had my grandmother's around, her's was Paco and he was a huge cuddlebug. He'd just lay in your lap and stretch out on his side and yawn ever so cutely at time to time and shift mildly as long as you were petting him yet.
I had a few that liked to jump from my arms back TO the cage, that was rather unsettling, put a good stop to that after the first one. Otherwise, it was always fun rustling like a parsley bag from the grocery store and hearing them whistle over it since they knew that sound meant treat time and they'd all get immensely excited and run around and beg and plea for more than the others. XD

Tobe forgets that he has food in his mouth and just sort of stops before his brain reboots and starts chewing again. He forgets whats around him so he'll turn around and walk into stuff (he isn't blind... he can navigate new areas just fine and run to shadowy areas) or he'll forget he's under his house and popcorn and whack his head on the roof... Its easy to cut his nails though lol : P He just dangles going duuuuuurrrrrrr
Some of them just don't care when it comes to the bathroom stuff, others are really anal about being clean. I had one female that would poop as soon as you took her out and just kept going and another than you could have out for hours and nothing would come out of her.
The pigs are pretty good about not nibbling you as long as you don't have food smell on your fingers, though chester sometimes like to taste test a little. He also is pretty bossy and will yank on my clothes if he wants up on my chest.
