Had a little mistake before when I thought these were hyenas. Apparently they are African wild dogs; didn't think they would have wild dogs in a zoo let alone with hyenas. : /

you probably could with enough time and patience.
native americans did it with wolves afterall. :) i mean, even foxes have been bred into domestication as well, so i'd not make it impossible. just not as likely to happen soon. (given i've seen a person who adopted a wild hyena, another with a lynx, and both were VERY loving creatures too^^)
they're pretty cool with the way they hunt in packs like wolves, but they use a lot of almost human-like tactics with their hunting methods too!
