Seeing as there isn’t a scrap of food to eat in your house (besides condiments and hummus, anyway), you decide the best course of action is to eat out. As you begin to walk downtown, you pass the grocery store. Maybe instead of eating out, you should just buy some groceries and make something back at the house. After all, you do need to go grocery shopping, unless you want a mustard and hummus stew for dinner. Then you slap yourself in the head. You forgot that you were supposed to go to the gym today! Maybe after you get groceries, or eat something at that restaurant. Or maybe you should go to the gym first so you don’t forget again…
