You decide that you should probably go to the gym before you go anywhere else. If anything, it will give you more of an appetite for later, so that’s good. You go to the gym, change, do some warm-ups, and proceed to work out, but after about five minutes your stomach revolts. There is no way that you are going to be able to work out when you are so hungry. To placate the rumbling beast, you buy a couple of energy bars and gulp them down. They are not very tasty, and really dry. You continue on with your workout, running on the treadmill, lifting some weights, and of course a bit of yoga. By the end, you are drenched in sweat, and really thirsty. Those energy bars were very, very dry.
Looking at the price of the bottled water in the vending machine as you towel yourself off, you realize that this gym has a good business model. Of course they make a profit when water is five dollars a bottle! Disgusted, you decide not to bankrupt yourself, change back into your regular outfit, and leave. You walk out the back door, and notice that there is a hose coming from the side of the building. Normally you would never consider it, but right now your throat feels like it has been sandpapered by porcupines that were on fire. Maybe a little free drink before you continue on your way?
