I understand the Cerberus is on fleet operations paid for by the king, but I wasn't aware the ship was commissioned. I thought the fleet belonged to the denholmes and Luther.
Does the world of Red Lantern even have a royal navy? It seems more like the oceans are ruled by various lords' fleets working for contracts.
