I feel like I remember Falvie putting info somewhere about the fionbri. I don't explicitly remember if it was said they are an open species or not, but I feel like they are. I certainly don't remember it ever being explicitly stated they were a closed species. Hope this helps. I know that info is somewhere on here or DA.
I'm pretty sure she has stated it's a closed species, to someone asking this question, and that is why they are only accesible from customs and auctions.
Plus I'm not sure if it's very polite to go around saying that it's easy to copy her style, and that it's alright to do so.

I would guess (by Falvie's prices) that a custom would be around 75 CAD if she does the artwork.
She does offer customs but most are auction only if done by her.
