This commission is of myself and my buddy
(Pike) and our respective roles in war. I was the infantryman who had the job of running around kicking in doors and applying bullets and explosives to the people we don't get along with. Pike is a tanker who is still serving in the national guard brigade that I was in. His tanks have many guns on them and it's best to respect all of them, heh.
Background: (Pike) & his tank. He's probably gonna be hard of hearing for a while if that main gun keeps booming... xD

I've always disliked soldiers. Not U.S. soldiers specifically, but all soldiers in all countries. Never mind what they do or how much they risk- that right there is pretty bad-ass. But if no countries had any soldiers that others needed to protect against, then they wouldn't be a requirement, so if there was any reasoning applied, soldiers should not exist. But that's just part of human nature I suppose, and that's another thing entirely.
Minirant over, and beyond that, this is a brilliantly well-done picture. Be proud of that, and protecting the country and what-not.

I'm so glad it wasn't burden with all those details I asked for. xD I'm grateful you put as much time and effort into it as you did, it turned out amazing! I'm especially happy with how you got my character's eyes to show over the glasses. That intense look catches me every time and it brings a tangible sense of life to the overall picture.

Psshaw, it wasn't a burden- plus the images you linked were downright awesome looking. I'm just hoping I managed to follow them, that e-mail address got hacked a week or two back and I lost the images, so i worked from memory. But yar, excessive fiddling was worth it in the end, an i'm happy with how it turned out.
