Yep. Finally got that character concept for the contest completed.
The white on his back, as some can see[originally pointed out by my mate actually], is in the shape of wings in a sense. That is for the suiters freedom. Rather than having actual wings that can be a hassle and can restrict movement and such, the markings are to represent the wings :3. And are more or less for marking purposes x3.
He has furred toes, dragonic hands and feet, a small patch of scales in the center of his chest that're kind of peeking through the furs. The underside of his tail is scaled, and the rest of his figure is pretty much furred. :3 He has a dragon length tail, though slightly shorter due to being furred.
