This time Quetzecoatl, in my preffered Feathered-serpent form. I have no idea what the random red markings are, I just happen to like them alot.
As for what he's doing, I'm not sure. Creating, it appears, but he could also just be pureeing a large sphere of jell-o and whip cream.
