[fact]: there are many human Kevins in the TNE series. In fact: 5.5 human Kevins in total.
Zalir or "Zola" has met Kevin before, absorbing andmaking him reborn into the "toon" world.
That Kevin is now Merg/Multiform Kevin.
Other kevins are: Sena, Chss, Noiz, and KvnV... The 0.5th is an alpha that is WIP.
