Koju's early life was a very tough one. One that could easily have broken the average person. He was the middle child from a family of 3 brothers. That alone was enough to set him back. His father and older brother had shunned him from birth just because of his "deformity". Growing up he had the looks of a handsome orca male. But he wasn't endowed like his fellow male. At times he would hate having been born. But the only thing that kept him going was his little brother, Fajo. Being only a year apart of age they would usually attend the same schools. His younger brother wasn't one for athletics, aside from being a good natural swimmer of course. Instead he chose the path of science. Which led to others in his class to envy his intelligence. Some would try to surpress him by punishing with the meanest of pranks. Even worse was that the other children knew of his older Kaju and the way he was, and used it against him. But Kaju would step up for him and fight back. Being physically gifted he was a natural born fighter. If there was anything Kaju hated than being born the way he was, it was having to watch his little brother suffer just because of the both of them being different.

Eventually they both grew up and went their seperate ways. Fajo went on to college and Kaju would live out on his own. He attends the local community college during the day, and at nights he would work one of two jobs. He works as a bartender at the local gay strip club, collecting tips and enjoying the occassional conversation. Other nights he attends some underground pit fights to make some easy coin. He hasn't been in relationships because he's too afraid of how people will react to how he is. But he's hoping he'll find that person that will understand him for who he is and not what he is.
