I'm and 07 Manufacturer of other than DD's and NFA MFGR. I can make anything but DD's
on a Pistol you already own It's probably gona be much faster and CHEAPER to do a form 1 yourself. would only cost you the 200$ for your tax stamp and what stock you want to add

After you download the application, please photocopy the front and back of the application to one sheet of paper. The National Firearms Act Branch will not accept the application if the front and back are submitted on separate pages.
get finger prints or have CO, LLC, or trust buy make a check for 200$ to atf mail all off to address on form and forget about it for 3-6 months...... will get form back in the mail with a stamp on it then can add stock, cut barrel what ever wanted to make.
also and order froms from here will mail you a packit with fingerprint cards and all

yes you start with about 2 pounds of AL and cut it down to about a 1/2 pound just remove every thing, lots of the wast can be recycled.
most lowers are forged then they are milled don't have cut so much out. but milled gives it a lot of dimensional stability. forged is a little stronger than milled.
and printed just do not have good wear patterns or strength. but are good for prototyping or just lets try this and see if it would work
the prices of lowers when every thing is not nutz is about 100-130$ for a good forged and 180-300$ milled
