Ahhh it was hard figuring out how to get things to glow at first buuut I think I got it! The theme should be spring, but I figured a nice spring twilight sky would work well for the glowing bits. I wasn't sure what their tounge colour should be so I went with two colours that seemed to fit their designs and go well together ;P
