I can't honestly say I've ever seen/read The Watchmen, so no. Why do you ask?

This poem runs very strongly in the direction of Rorshach's philosophy of the world. He's something of a narrator of his thoughts, so they accompany portions of the story in illustrative or contrasting ways.
