That is one really handsome dinosaur! One thing I like is how his entire body is grinning. I mean, his jaw and horns follow the motion, and thus amplify, his grin. I also like the sharp, heavy, evil-forming, yet realistic shadow on half of his face. Yet another thing I like is how you based the entire picture on just one colour. Even so, you made an extremely effective exception in this colour scheme: you made his right eye a light blue with white sclera... then you turn us around closer to the original colours by having us want to look at the other eye, which is a glowing orange that not only adds to the 'evil' look but also suggests, combined with the surprisingly detailed scar, a damaged eye. (I mean, normally, people just make the scar a marking of a different colour, not giving the scar any depth. I applaud your making a scar appear to be an actual scar!) Without the exception that you had implemented, the effect of the damaged eye would have been minimalised. Back to the grin, his drool and prominent overbite suggest an 'imminent evil carnivorous hunger'. The last subtle finishing point that definitely sets off the audience is the subtle tapping on the screen. After compiling a series of emotions from looking at the dinosaur itself, we look at what is left: a tapping at the screen that, while not intrusive, sets off us at the imminent realization of our emotions. In all, I find exemplary the way you guide the eye and tell a story along the way!
