have you thought of maybe Zix as an evil fighter for this?

I like the last three, the others are kinda generic.

They kinda need some weirdness to make them stand out. Look at butcher's stuff (if he's still around) or Capcom/SNK.

Excellent lineup, Rings. You do need an evil villian and weird character. Maybe one of them could be a lizard-like or a were-animal character.

I think you hit on a lot of the classic fighter ideas. I mean that in a good way. They are, yes, all your characters, but they fit archtypes.

I mean, stop me if I'm wrong, but I see the american, the greco-luchador, the karate kid, the bubble girl, the armor clad mystory/robotic warrior, the african capoteta(sp), and the mystic.

I suppose you do need a "freak", something like Zappa or Faust from Guilty Gear, or Voldo from Soul Blade, or Blanka from Street Fighter. I'm not trying to name names, just give you some of the people I think this cast is missing.

Oh yes, and a big bad guy to tie them all together for some common reason. That never hurts. See... any final boss, really. Give him two life bars.

Nice line-up so far. But I think you need one or two more person like Sentai. Like a clunky kung-fu robot, or a chicken-man.

A very nice lineup indeed, however, I too believe that the characters are a bit too standard in regards to fighting games. I would recommend a truly original character to the lineup to make it unique.
Although it isn't too original in terms of characters, a military type person would be neat and had an interesting fighting type by using tools instead of bear handed (such as a knife or hitting with the butt of a rifle or shotgun.) A shot range blast from a shotgun could also be used for power but low speed in terms of fighting.

well i do have 2 more characters designed that a diffrent then what ive seen in fighting games i think. Iv just been to busy to scan them
