Random doodles from a family dinner. Gone into Gargoyles craze again, always wanted to try draw characters inspired by that old cartoon show. So, I finally did
I like how the first, Filur, turned out. Just some random traits slapped together just to draw something. There's a few design details I don't feel too keen about, but I love the overall look of the bottom sketch. I drew her with inspiration from Lexington; with the small size and different wing build from other gargoyles. Might draw her again to fix the rest to a design I prefer. I'm not happy about horns or hair style mostly
The next turned out quite good. In lack of ideas I asked my mom what she would look like as a gargoyle and I drew this from er description. Turned out quite great I think. She loved it too.
I was told to find a name for this creation myself and I decided Echidna was fitting.
