PS: Does anybody knows what kind of tape is that?

QIC-80 backup cassette. Used to have to back up a file server with these as a high school IT intern.

good answer, i retrieved an SCSI tape drive from an As400, and now ... i need to find a purpose for these. ièm thinking of selling my artbooks using this media.

I have a black HP DLT cartridge somewhere (400 GB, possibly) that I don't remember what I did with, but I can't put data on it because... well, I don't have a drive to use it with. XD
The closest DLT drive I can think of is at the research center I worked for as a college intern, and that's clear on the other side of town. They were getting rid of all their magnetic media because they found a faster, more reliable method for backing up their servers, but I decided to hang onto one of their blank DLT cartridges as a "souvenir" of my internship, along with a box full of blank 5.25" floppies.

I deleted the previous post because I thought I had an LTO instead of a DLT.

Either a Mini QIC or an Iomega Ditto, the more I'm looking at it.
