Tasty taters baked and delicious from the kitchens of

bake some potatoes, these are Yukon golds, smear with olive oil, and when they're done, split, mush the innards up a little, and lay into it with good stuff, like sliced green onions[or chives] shredded cheese! bacon bits! [bacon bits are super easy, just pull out some bacon glide a sharp knife along the long way, to julienne then across to mince and then fry them like...well...bacon, till they're dark and crispy [yes, crispy, no I didn't just make it up. yes it means the same thing as crispy] sour cream, hmmm...butter, salt pepper, basically what ever you want, or can stuff into those things. and OMNOMNOM!
