Joy is the happiest kitty in the universe. She has the watchdog tendencies of a Siamese due to her ragdoll heritage, but none of the attitude. She's sweet, floppy, and somewhat motherly. I literally dangled her upside-down and the purr never ended. (Saying all this though, she has a devious side, so she is still very much a cat.)
Drawn in Mangastudio 4 on a Yiynova MSP19.

Sounds like my old cat Taffy the Second (looked identical to my childhood cat Taffy and no matter how many times I tried to name the darn thing I ended up calling him Taffy lol). You could vacuum and he would lay there as you literally vacuumed over him, the child could cart him around (2 year old carting 2.5 foot long cat was amusing - they were the same length - he was a BIG cat), you could pick him up any way and he'd continue to purr...even in baths. He was an overly happy odd cat. Unfortunately allergies ended up causing me to rehome him but he's in a great home now. (He was my ex's cat and he was going to just let him go on the street when he moved since he didn't want to bring him with him...nice guy, eh? So I agreed to temporarily take him despite allergies but then 4 months later of Benadryl twice daily he said he wasn't taking him back...so I rehomed him).
Although my Siamese cross was similar - she didn't like my ex. She was declawed on the front (she was an adoption kitty) and she would be all lovable until my ex and I went to sleep. She would sit on his side all happy and such until I was 100% asleep then she'd stick out her back claws and slide her back legs down his back. It became a game of "keep Chris awake, I don't like him." Should've listened to her instincts.
I HAD this cat, he was a Manx, named George. Former stray, and you could literally swing him around, tie him in knots, rub his belly and bounce him around in your arms, and he'd just turn into a wet rag and purr at you. Nonstop. Upon first meeting him.
of course, he was anything but typical...in fact, VETRINARILY speaking, none of his organs in his entire body were normal. They all somehow balanced each other, though, until we took him in for dental work, and the anesthesia knocked out the balance, and...yeah. I miss that aggrivating, bulemic little snuggle-ball.

Sounds like the "corporal cuddling" discipline technique mentioned in "The Engineer's Guide to Cats":
