When Salil (the Bajoran in the picture) was a comfort woman for her Gul, she was the “fiesty” one. Independent and full of fire, she would bite, kick, and claw the Gul whenever he got too close to her. Eventually, she genuinely hurt him by clawing at his eyes — Which, he repaid her with by cutting off her right ear and crushing her earring.
She changed her hair color and eye color after she escaped the Gul, but she’s yet to repair her ear. It just … Wouldn’t be hers.

Damnit, girl, I know you have a sense of composition, so every now and then you should use it!
Although, this is rather peaceful the way it is. I'm just not sure peace is what you were going for...

Nevermind, then. The central framing and the way the hair flowed seemed static, but I didn't realize you were going for that mood. I still feel as if there's a little too much space on the right side, or... Maybe it's just because I'm so used to wanting something dynamic. Calm can be good, too, but I can't help but feel as if the shadows are too pale, perhaps around her shoulder where the hair comes around and falls... I'd be afraid to mess with it, though. I just have this feeling it could be more? It's already so lovely...
